Assessments
Chemical Health Assessment will provide you with the best professional clinical recommendations to help you navigate how to get started seeking services. The assessment is used to determine the appropriate level of care that will best fit your needs. The assessment can be sent to any clinic of your choice. We are here to help you navigate the direction as you start to your recovery journey
Group Therapy
Intensive Outpatient Program is Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 12:40pm
IOP duration depends on the needs of the client with a step down component as client makes progress towards their recovery goals
Alternative Options for Group Therapy
If client does not need the high intense program, we will create a personalized care plan that outlines treatment goals according to clinical recommendations on assessment.
Individual Therapy
Clients work with a primary Substance Use counselor on a one-on-one basis delivered through trauma informed care
Mental Health Therapy is scheduled by appointment, if there is a waitlist Clinical professionals will coordinate with outside partnered Mental Health Professional and work together to achieve most desirable outcome
Care Coordination
Clinical professionals all working together to deliver client optimal services and best practice recommendations for most desirable outcome
Peer Support Services
Clients have the opportunity to work with a Certified Peer Support Specialist on a wide variety of things from goal planning, problem solving, support, encouragement, assistance in resources, assistance with paperwork, job searches, assistance obtaining necessities such as phone, food, cloths, connections with organizations, transportation needs, and much more based on client’s individual needs
Housing

An opportunity to live in a community setting that supports recovery goals while attending outpatient programming.
If client is assessed as appropriate for sober supportive housing, Reflections can contribute to clients rent while attending IOP programming via Telehealth or in person. Client is responsible for any deposit the house may require. Our goal is to assist with the barriers those in early recovery face and allow more opportunities to focus on wellness and success in all areas of life.
Reflections works with many sober houses throughout the twin cities. If needed, Reflections can assist client in finding a house that fits their personal needs.
Some housing options have opportunities to set up appointments to further assist moving forward in early recovery, include transportation to the food shelf, transportation to clothing closets, transportation to the grocery store/pharmacy, transportation to AA/NA, assistance in problem solving, mentoring, personal & professional goal planning, ongoing support etc.
