Assessments
Chemical Health Assessment provides professional clinical recommendations to help you determine the best path for beginning your recovery journey. It evaluates the appropriate level of care to meet your individual needs and can be sent to any clinic of your choice. Our team is here to guide and support you as you take the first steps toward recovery
Group Therapy
Intensive Outpatient Program is Monday -Thursday 7:30am - 1:30pm
Program duration depends on the needs of the client. Programming has a step down model component in which we create a personalized care plan that outlines treatment goals according to assessed clinical recommendations as client makes progress towards their recovery goals
Individual Therapy
Clients work one-on-one with a primary substance use counselor, with all services delivered through a trauma-informed care approach. Mental health therapy is available by appointment. If there is a waitlist, our clinical team coordinates with partnered external mental health professionals to ensure the most effective and desirable outcomes for clients.
Care Coordination
Our clinical professionals work closely with other providers to deliver clients the most effective services. By combining expertise and following best practice recommendations, we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual
Peer Support Services
Clients have the opportunity to work with a Certified Peer Support Specialist who provides guidance and support tailored to individual needs. Services may include goal planning, problem-solving, encouragement, resource assistance, help with paperwork, job searches, obtaining essentials such as phones, food, or clothing, connecting with community organizations, addressing transportation needs, and much more.
