Treatment services are flexible and delivered based on client needs or preference via Telehealth though a secure virtual environment and/or in-person services
Chemical Health Assessments will provide you with clinical recommendations and help you navigate how to get the help you deserve
High Intensive Outpatient Treatment Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 12:35pm serving both men and women over 18 years of age. Coffee is provided.
The High Intensive Outpatient program is up to 3-15 months depending on the needs of the client with a step down component after 16 weeks if client is making progress toward their recovery goals
Alternative Options for Group Therapy
If client does not need the high intense program, we will create a personalized care plan that outlines treatment goals according to clinical recommendations on assessment.
Monday-Thursday mornings 8:00am -10:35am
Clients work with a primary substance use counselor on a one-on-one basis delivered through trauma informed care
Mental Health Therapy is available by appointment
Clinical professionals all working together to deliver client optimal services and best practice recommendations. MAT programs as well as other outside clinical and non-clinical supports are welcomed and supported for most desirable outcome
Peer Support Services
Clients have the opportunity to work with a Certified Peer Support Specialist on a wide variety of things from goal planning, problem solving, support, encouragement, assistance in resources, assistance with paperwork, job searches, assistance obtaining necessities such as phone, food, cloths, connections with organizations, and much more based on client’s individual needs
Housing for Men and Women
An opportunity to live amongst others in recovery in a structured setting while accessing intensive outpatient services as you work your way toward more independence while maintaining ample support
"Contracted" Sober Housing:
Reflections has "contracted" sober houses where clients are not responsible for deposit, rent, or any other financial obligations. Our goal is to assist with all financial costs of living so clients can prioritize working their recovery program allowing more opportunities to focus on stabilizing their addiction and mental health. Transportation is provided in our contracted housing program to assist clients in a wide variety of needs from getting to the food shelf, grocery store, medical appointments, job interviews, court, and other individualized needs that assist in wellness and success in all areas of life
"Partnered" Sober Housing:
Reflections works with 50+ outside owned sober houses spread throughout the twin cities. Reflections can assist client in finding a house that fits their needs. Refer to M.A.S.H website to find the list of "partnered" sober houses. If client lives in a partnered sober house, Reflections will contribute to a portion of clients rent for each day client attends Reflections IOP programming via Telehealth or in person. Client is responsible for the deposit if the sober house requires deposit (each house different). Our goal is to assist with the financial cost of living so clients can prioritize working a recovery program allowing more opportunities to focus on stabilizing addiction and mental health. Transportation can not be provided in partnering sober houses.
