Assessments
Chemical Health Assessments will provide you with clinical recommendations and help you navigate how to get the help you deserve
Group Therapy
High Intensive Outpatient Treatment Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 12:35pm serving both men and women over 18 years of age. Coffee is provided.
The High Intensive Outpatient program is up to 3-15 months depending on the needs of the client with a step down component after 16 weeks if client is making progress toward their recovery goals
Alternative Options for Group Therapy
If client does not need the high intense program, we will create a personalized care plan that outlines treatment goals according to clinical recommendations on assessment.
Monday-Thursday mornings 8:00am -10:35am
Individual Therapy
Clients work with a primary Substance Use counselor on a one-on-one basis delivered through trauma informed care
Mental Health Therapy is scheduled by appointment with limited spots available, if there is a waitlist in house staff will coordinate with a partnered Mental Health Professional and work together to achieve most desirable outcome
Care Coordination
Clinical professionals all working together to deliver client optimal services and best practice recommendations. MAT programs as well as other outside clinical and non-clinical supports are welcomed and supported for most desirable outcome
Peer Support Services
Clients have the opportunity to work with a Certified Peer Support Specialist on a wide variety of things from goal planning, problem solving, support, encouragement, assistance in resources, assistance with paperwork, job searches, assistance obtaining necessities such as phone, food, cloths, connections with organizations, transportation needs, and much more based on client’s individual needs
Housing for Men and Women
An opportunity to live in a setting that supports recovery goals while attending outpatient programming.
Reflections has partnered with housing options where clients are able to set up appointments to further assist moving forward in early recovery that break down daily barriers. Appointments include transportation to the food shelf, transportation to clothing closets, transportation to the grocery store/pharmacy, transportation to AA/NA, assistance in problem solving, mentoring, personal & professional goal planning, ongoing support etc. Reflections can contribute to clients rent while attending Reflections IOP programming. Our goal is to break down early recovery barriers including the financial cost of living allowing more opportunity to focus on long term wellness and success in all areas of life.
Screening will be done to see if you are eligible and appropriate for housing and in need of daily appointments
M.A.S.H Housing
An opportunity to live in a setting that supports recovery goals while attending outpatient programming.
Reflections works with M.A.S.H houses spread throughout the twin cities. Reflections can assist client in finding a house that fits their needs if sober housing is desired or deemed appropriate. Refer to M.A.S.H website to find the list of houses. If client lives in a M.A.S.H house, Reflections can contribute to a portion of clients rent while attending Reflections IOP programming via Telehealth or in person. Client is responsible for any deposit if the house requires deposit. Our goal is to assist with the financial cost of living while clients are working a recovery program allowing more opportunities to focus on wellness and success in all areas of life.
